Frequently Asked Questions
How can I work with you?
You can work with me through 1:1 sessions, deep-dive integration work, or my mentorship program, depending on the level of support you’re seeking. I also host THE WELL, an offering-based community gathering for people who want connection, reflection, and shared inner work. All sessions and gatherings can be booked directly through my site.
Do you OFFER sliding scale options?
Yes.
Foundationally, I believe healing should be accessible, not gatekept which is why sliding scale pricing is available for select services. This allows you to choose a rate that reflects both the value of the work and your current financial reality.
If you’re unsure which tier fits you best, I can help you assess what feels fair, sustainable, and aligned.
How do I know if I need therapy or coaching?
Therapy is best for people who need clinical support, diagnosis, stabilization, or treatment for mental health disorders.
Coaching is ideal when you’re ready to grow, integrate your past, understand your relational patterns, and make grounded changes in the present.
My work focuses on:
emotional clarity
inner child/teen & shadow work
relational patterns & intelligence
trauma integration
dream work/subconscious exploration
building self-awareness + emotional maturation
I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you’re in crisis, need clinical support, or are navigating unmanaged mental illness, a licensed therapist is the right fit.
Many people choose to do both — therapy for healing, coaching for growth and integration.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Coaching and relational integration work are not covered by insurance.
However, I offer sliding scale sessions and THE WELL as an offering-based community space to ensure this work remains financially accessible.
What are the differences between your offerings?
REFLECT — 1:1 Guidance
Best for clarity, emotional grounding, and understanding your patterns.
AWEN — Deep Integration Sessions
Best for exploring shadow work, attachment wounds, and deeper relational dynamics.
INTEGRATE — Transformational Mentorship
Best for long-term support, accountability, and meaningful change in your inner world and relationships.
THE WELL — Community Gathering
Best for communal reflection, connection, and shared wisdom.
What Can I expect in a session?
Sessions are conversational, intuitive, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-world tools.
Expect honesty, clarity, reflection, emotional insight, shadow work, and practical guidance.
This is a safe, nonjudgmental space designed to help you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
Do you work with kids?
Yes, I work with kids middle school aged and up.
Do you do public speaking or conferences?
I do public speaking at schools, conferences and events as well as host my own events & am available for booking.
is this spiritual work, therapeutic work, or both?
My work blends spiritual insight, shadow integration, and relational psychology.
I support your emotional and spiritual growth, but again, I do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment.
Do you work with couples?
I currently focus on individual relational healing because healthy relationships begin with the inner work done within each person.
If I open couple’s sessions in the future, members of THE WELL and newsletter subscribers will hear about it first.
Can we record our sessions?
No. This keeps the space grounded, present, and confidential.
However, you’re welcome to take notes or request written reflections after a session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges or losing the session credit.
How do I know if your work is right for me?
You’re in the right place if:
you’re ready to understand yourself more honestly
your relationships feel confusing, repetitive, or strained
you’re doing the inner work but feel stuck
you’re navigating a transition or awakening
you want to deepen your self-awareness, communication, and emotional maturity
you’re craving a grounded, spiritual, trauma-informed guide
If that resonates, you’ll feel it immediately in your spirit, body, or intuition.
Sliding scale & reciprocity Philosophy
Healing should be accessible, not reserved only for the financially comfortable. My sliding scale exists to honor the reality that people come from different circumstances while still respecting the value, energy, and expertise this work requires. Each tier reflects a balance between accessibility, sustainability, and community care.
I trust clients to choose the rate that aligns with both their financial reality and the worth of the support they’re receiving. This model is rooted in reciprocity: those who are able to pay the higher tier help make space for those who cannot. This keeps the work grounded in community, not hierarchy — in shared responsibility, not extraction.
All clients receive the same level of presence, depth, and care, regardless of what they pay. The scale simply acknowledges that abundance is not evenly distributed, but healing should be.
This is the old way made new again:
give what you can, honor what you receive, and trust that the circle sustains itself when everyone contributes honestly.
